Informative Federal Retirement Seminars and Webinars

National Institute of Transition Planning, Inc. (NITP), established in 1984, provides educational seminars and webinars for early-career, mid-career, and retirement level Federal employees. For over 40 years, our expert team has trained over 700,000 civilian employees to help them understand their benefits and maximize their financial options.  In Fiscal Year 2023, we presented more than 800 training events to over 50 Federal Government agencies.

NITP’s Mission

Our mission is to educate Federal employees and enable them to make fully informed and sound decisions regarding their financial futures and retirement options. NITP provides both virtual and in-person training.

Please note that we never subcontract our seminars or webinars. We do not sell any financial, investment, or insurance products. In addition, we do not receive any funding or financial support from any financial, banking, brokerage, or investment institution.
